As long as you have your expectations configured for the price that you’re getting - then you will be happy with the property. The property is set in a very, very good location and many places are walkable. As for the room itself, it is well appointed and clean, the shower pressure was good – do not expect it to be spacious or extra extravagant. The service I received was very good – on par with some of the fancy hotels I have been to – porters helped me with my bags and the front desk people were very nice and the cleanliness was good as well. Because the property is a little bit dated, I had an issue with the elevator and the room keys, but again – considering the price, these are things that you have to take in your stride.
Jesse and all the staff were professional and provided outstanding service and attended to all my needs. They were all kind, warm, caring and welcoming. The location is safe and walkable.
Overall a good experience at this hotel. The room is a bit smaller than expected, but housekeeping pays a lot of attention in making sure everything is spotless, which is nice. Location wise, this hotel is amazing. You are within walking distance to Zona Rosa, Condesa, Downtown, plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Front desk staff could be a bit friendlier.
Nice hotel in a really good location next to several restaurants. Subway is around 1km away it can get noisy at nights due to bars. The staff is really helpful constantly looking out for you.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The employees are helpful and kind. The location is right on Roma Norte, we loved walking around trying all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast was all we needed with different choices (all kind of eggs, pancakes, pastries,...). Just a tip, I am a sensitive sleeper so we asked for a room further from the street. No internet in the room, but the staff, Jesse and Sheri, were very helpful and arranged alternatives for us. We were satisfied. The hotel needs an upgrade but the staff were excellent.
Stayed here for 10 nights. The service, location, price were great. I stayed here for ~58 USD per night. One point of consideration: the wifi did not work on the 5th floor. Even on the first floor, work (Zoom, videos, consistent connection) is impossible. There are many nearby cafes with internet, however. The room was clean and well-maintained. Not a particularly quiet place given the location (next to a school, some construction work being done nearby, etc.), but the hotel itself was normal in terms of volume.
